Inertia Wellness reserves the right to pause, refuse, or discontinue services if it is determined that coaching is not appropriate for a client’s needs.

8. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may:
- result in forfeited sessions,
- incur fees,
- or be considered non-refundable depending on the service package purchased.

Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Inertia Wellness unless otherwise required by law.
